The Art of Possibility (AOP) works in the field of developing people; helping people be the best they can be. AOP specialises in personal and professional development including wellbeing workshops, coaching, facilitation, action learning facilitation and mediation.

The Art of Possibility was founded by Bev Morton in Sept 2007. Bev was a Fellow on The Clore Leadership Programme in 2005/6 and has worked in the cultural sector for over 20 years. She has founded 3 profit, and 2 not-for-profit organisations - including the highly successful, Bradford based, arts and regeneration charity, Artworks.
